Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Fox Byte Development LLC ("Fox Byte," "we," "us," or "our"). They cover your use of the GoFillr Chrome extension, the website at gofillr.com, and related services (together, "GoFillr").
1. Accepting these Terms
When you install, sign in to, or use GoFillr, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (gofillr.com/private-policy). If you don't agree, please don't use GoFillr. You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
2. What GoFillr does
GoFillr is a Chrome extension that fills in job application forms using a profile you save. You review every field and you submit each application yourself. GoFillr never clicks Submit for you.
GoFillr is built to work with job application pages hosted on Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Jobvite, Workable, iCIMS, Workday, and BambooHR. These sites change often and every employer sets up its forms differently, so some fields may be filled incorrectly, filled only partly, or left empty. Support for any site may change.
Plans:
- Free: 25 autofills per week.
- Pro: $5.99 per month or $49 per year. Includes unlimited autofills, job-match scoring, and up to 5 saved profiles.
Job-match scoring compares your saved GoFillr profile with a job description and shows a score from 1 to 100. It's a rough guide only. It does not look at your resume file. It doesn't tell you how an employer or its hiring software will rate you, and it doesn't predict whether you'll get an interview or a job.
We may add, change, or remove features. If a change takes away a major part of a paid plan you already have, we'll tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
3. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure. You're responsible for anything that happens under your GoFillr account. If you think someone else has accessed it, email support@foxbytedev.com.
4. Acceptable use
You agree that you will:
- Give only true and accurate information in your profile and applications. Don't use GoFillr to make up credentials, work history, identity details, or work authorization, or to misrepresent yourself in any other way.
- Check every application before you submit it. You are solely responsible for what you submit, including information GoFillr filled in.
- Follow the terms, rules, and instructions of every employer, job board, and application site you use.
- Not use GoFillr for fraud, spam, or bulk or automated submissions, or to apply on behalf of someone else without their permission.
- Not reverse engineer, resell, or disrupt GoFillr, get around plan limits or billing, or access it in ways we didn't intend (for example, with bots or scrapers).
- Follow all applicable laws.
5. No guarantee of results
GoFillr saves you typing. It does not get you a job. We make no promise that autofill will be complete or accurate, that any application will be received or accepted, or that you'll get an interview, an offer, or any other job outcome. Employers make their own decisions. Job-match scoring is a guide only.
6. Subscriptions and billing
- You buy Pro inside the extension. Payments are processed by ExtensionPay using Stripe. By buying, you also agree to ExtensionPay's and Stripe's terms. We don't see or store your full card details.
- Pro renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the price in effect at that time, until you cancel.
- Prices may not include taxes. If we change the price, we'll give you notice before your next renewal, and the new price applies from that renewal onward.
- All Pro payments are non-refundable, except for billing errors or duplicate charges, and except where the law requires a refund. Details are in our Refund Policy (gofillr.com/refund-policy).
7. Cancellation
You can cancel Pro at any time through ExtensionPay's customer portal. The link is in the extension. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current period. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan. Cancelling doesn't delete your account or your profiles.
Extra profiles after a downgrade. Pro lets you save up to 5 profiles. The Free plan uses one. When your account moves from Pro to Free, your oldest profile (your Primary profile) stays active. Profiles 2–5 are kept but locked: you can view them (read-only), but you can't edit them, activate them, or use them to autofill. We don't delete them. If you subscribe to Pro again, they unlock. 8. Your data and privacy
Your profile stays yours. You let us store, process, and sync it only so we can run GoFillr for you. Our Privacy Policy at gofillr.com/private-policy explains what we collect and how we use it. GoFillr relies on Google Sign-In, Supabase (account, profile, and resume storage and sync), a Resume API we host on Railway (resume parsing and comparing your profile with a job posting), Mixpanel (product analytics), and ExtensionPay/Stripe (billing). You can edit or delete your profiles in the extension. To ask us to delete your cloud data, email support@foxbytedev.com.
9. Intellectual property
GoFillr, including its software, design, name, and logo, belongs to Fox Byte Development LLC and is protected by law. While you follow these Terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GoFillr. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
10. Disclaimers
GOFILLR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T PROMISE THAT GOFILLR WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ANY PARTICULAR WEBSITE. We don't control third-party sites or services, including employers, application platforms, Google, ExtensionPay, and Stripe, and we aren't responsible for them.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, FOX BYTE DEVELOPMENT LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST OPPORTUNITIES, EMPLOYMENT, WAGES, PROFITS, OR DATA. THIS INCLUDES LOSSES CAUSED BY INCORRECT, INCOMPLETE, OR UNSUBMITTED APPLICATIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND (B) US $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
12. Termination
You can stop using GoFillr at any time by uninstalling the extension. You can also ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, misuse GoFillr, or create risk or legal exposure for us or others. If we end a paid plan without cause, we'll refund the unused part of the period. Sections 4–5 and 9–14 continue to apply after termination.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If the changes are significant, we'll also give notice in the extension or by email. If you keep using GoFillr after the changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing law
The laws of the State of Georgia, USA, govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Henry County, Georgia. This doesn't take away consumer rights that the law of your home country or state guarantees you.
